"We had a wonderful experience with Kitchen Kraft(!), and are so glad we went with them. We interviewed ~ half dozen builders, contractors, design/build firms and decided KK was the best value for the money. I was a little apprehensive going into it, yet they far exceeded our expectations: coming in on budget (without squabbling about little changes that would come up mid-project), starting when they said they would, and finishing ahead of schedule. The various tradesmen were pleasant to work with, were courteous to our children, and cleaned up after themselves. On a number of details, they went the extra mile to deliver a better product than we were even expecting. They are clear upfront about how they operate (picking out all details in advance before the demo starts) and when payments are due, and they were very professional.
