Here at Kitchen Kraft we pride ourselves in striving to provide the best customer care to our clients. We want to exceed our client’s expectations of their remodeling projects, while creating positive relationships. We feel so honored when we meet a new client and he/she tells us they were referred to us by a previous client. It’s wonderful to know that someone thought highly enough about our company to refer a friend or family member to Kitchen Kraft and Dream Baths.

Referrals are the best form of communicating the quality of services we can provide. They are a way for potential clients to read and see what past clients have experienced. Here at Kitchen Kraft we have noticed a steady increase of referrals in the last few years. Due to this trend we wanted to show our appreciation to all of our clients in the form of a referral program.
The program is simple: For each person you refer, that signs a contract with us, you receive a $100 referral check. For each additional person you refer, that signs a contract with us, you receive another $100 check. The great thing is, there is no limit to the amount of people you can refer.

 
We also encourage clients to tell us about their experience with Kitchen Kraft and Dream Baths. There are several ways to do this: paper surveys, Yelp, Better Business Bureau and Houzz. We love to get feedback from clients to see how we can better serve you.
